QRE's corporate services and letting team specialise in providing marketing and letting advice to Private Individuals, Developers and Institutions. At QRE we work closely with our clients in order to understand objectives and develop a strategy to achieve these objectives. The team is headed up by Conor Whelan who has over 17 years experience in the commercial property market and is recognised as one of the leading agency advisors in the City. Conor has worked with some of the country’s most high profile Landlords including Dublin Airport Authority, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, Davy, Earlsfort Group, Cosgrave Development & Castlepark Building Company.

QRE has been retained advisor to DLR Properties and is part of the project team who advised on the development of the urban form framework for Cherrywood Town Centre (TC3). We have also been retained on a number of office developments including The Chase in Sandyford and Scotch House on Burgh Quay and office agency will remain a key part of the business. 

We also provide a fully independent ‘Tenant Rep’ service to our Corporate Clients on lease acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals and lease re-gearing. Conor has acted on behalf of some notable corporate Clients including ESB, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Horizon Pharmaceuticals, BAE Systems, ING and Metzler.

Formerly a Property Specialist at Capita Asset Services (Ire) Ltd and more recently the MARS Unit at Bank of Ireland.
