Conor is the co-founder of QRE and has over 20 years’ experience in the Irish commercial property market. He is a recognised expert in the Irish office and investment markets and provides strategic asset management advice to QRE Clients. He has represented many high profile corporates and private individuals in the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate in Ireland. He also is a specialist in Tenant Representation and works on behalf of some of the most well known occupiers in the country. Clients include Horizon Therapeutics, Emergent Bio Solutions, DLR Properties, Oakmont, Core Capital, Castlepark, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Duff & Phelps, Bank of Ireland and AIB.

Bryan has over 10 years of experience in the commercial property market. As Divisional Director of the investment team, he advises both institutional and private landlords on disposals and acquisitions throughout Ireland. As a result, he has an in-depth knowledge across all major and alternative asset classes. Key clients include Goldman Sachs, CarVal Investors, Cerberus together with multiple private, pension and high net worth investors.

Gareth McKeown MRICS MSCSI

Gareth has recently joined the team as a Chartered Surveyor in the investment department at QRE. Gareth is a RICS Registered Valuer, member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI) and of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Gareth also has an MSc in Real Estate from the Dublin Institute of Technology. 

With over 6 years’ experience in the commercial property market, Gareth previously worked in the investment/retail and professional services department at Cushman & Wakefield. During his time there, he successfully represented clients in the sale of a wide range of investment properties, both in Dublin and regionally.

Gareth was also part of the lettings team for a large M50 shopping center and has experience in the letting of commercial space. During his time working on this scheme, he helped develop and implement value add strategies. This work helped lead to a successful sale of the asset for his client, NAMA.

Gareth has formerly worked on the valuation of a wide range of commercial assets for purposes such as loan book sales and acquisitions, secured lending, accounts purposes and internal use purposes, during his time as a member of the commercial team in Murphy Mulhall. He also carried out a number of rent reviews acting for both landlords and tenants and was engaged in the sale of a variety of commercial assets.

Clients Gareth has acted for include Bank of Ireland, AIB, Ulster Bank, Deloitte, Mazars, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Duff & Phelps, Grant Thornton, RELM, Finance Ireland and NAMA.
