The German IT services company has taken the ground floor of the high-profile modern office building
QRE Real Estate Advisers, on behalf of its client, Mount Amber Investments, has recently completed the letting of the ground floor office at Corrig Court in Sandyford in south Co Dublin.
The office, which extends to 700 square metres, is beside Beacon South Quarter and was let to global IT systems integrator Bechtle Direct. The German IT services company has leased the ground floor on a long-term lease, choosing Corrig Court as its preferred office location given its proximity to amenities and access to public transport, according to the agent. The building is within a few minutes’ walk of Sandyford’s nearest Luas stop and within two minutes’ drive of the M50 ring road.
Following the extensive refurbishment of the second and third floors of Corrig Court, QRE is offering the two floor plates of 952 square metres each, or 1,904.5 square metres in total, which are available to let immediately.
Corrig Court has an attractive double-height, semi-circular foyer, which provides an impressive entrance to the dual-fronted L-shaped block. The landlord has upgraded the end-of-trip facilities and is also in the process of installing e-charging points in the underground car park.
The available floor plates benefit from floor-to-ceiling glazing, providing mountain-to-sea views and overlooking the Sandyford landscape.
According to Brian Kelly in QRE’s investment division: “Sandyford remains the top suburban office location in the Dublin market due to its quality transport infrastructure and abundance of amenities.
“Corrig Court offers an incoming tenant the opportunity to lease newly specced offices from a professional landlord. The building offers all the same specifications of a brand-new Grade A office at a more competitive rent of €26 per square foot,” he said. That is the equivalent of about €280 per square metre.
