Instructions completed!

Last Friday, we successfully completed the assignment of the KBC Eyre Square Retail Hub, marking the conclusion of a fantastic instruction from our client KBC Bank Ireland. This project involved the disposal of their nationwide property retail hub portfolio as they wound down their Irish operations.

The instruction included managing the assignment, sublease, or surrender of 17 retail hubs and 2 mobile hubs across the country, each with its own unique challenges and intricacies. Best of luck to the new tenants of these properties Hidden Hearing Ireland, PTSB, The Card and Gift Factory, Tuthills, Members First Credit Union and AXA to name a few.
