- 2018 was another strong year for the Commercial Investment Market, with total turnover equating to €3.66bn.
- Offices continued as the dominant sector, accounting for 39% of total revenue.
- PRS out-performed retail to be the second biggest source of revenue. The market share equated to 30% of total revenue.
- QRE forecast a positive outlook for 2019 across all sectors.
