QRE is pleased to present its 2020 Q1 Office Snapshot which shows the office market in robust health with strong take-up of 1.1m Sq.ft. The demand pipeline was also strong pre-CV19. If we can bounce back from this crisis quickly, we will see a downward trend in Q2 but with a strong second half of the year as both tenants and landlords alike act quickly to make up for lost time.
