QRE Office Snapshot Q3 2024

The Dublin office market saw a strong Q3, with over 570,000 Sq.ft of space taken up across 54 deals. The Finance Sector led the way, accounting for 30% of the total take-up by size, highlighted by EY's significant 133,000 Sq.ft lease at 2 Wilton Park. Notably, the return of larger deals (six transactions of 50,000 Sq.ft or more this year), signals growing market confidence, both in terms of take-up and companies encouraging staff back to the office.

Year-to-date, total take-up has reached 1.675 million Sq.ft, with approximately 920,000 Sq.ft also currently reserved. QRE expects total take-up to exceed 2 million sq.ft by year-end, reflecting sustained positive momentum in the office market.
