The Forecourt is a unique landmark building centred around a central forecourt over five floors, which are interconnected by glazed bridges. The floors are set back to provide views over the city at the upper levels.

Suites are available on a short-term basis, ranging in size from 3,344 sq.ft. for the smallest suite to 6,176 sq.ft for the largest suite on an individual basis or an entire floor of 14,575 Sq.ft. Each suite comes fully fitted and furnished with LED lighting, chairs, desks, 4/5 meeting rooms and a tea station.

On the ground floor there are break out spaces and meeting pods which can be used for collaboration when required. There are also large media rooms which can be booked in advance. As well as conference rooms on the 4th floor which can also be booked.

Access is also available for all tenants to the canteen on the ground floor, with end of trip facilities in the basement including shower and locker facilities.
