Bart joined QRE Advisors in March 2022 as a Senior Surveyor and works within the Valuations and Advisory Team. He holds an M.Sc. (Hons) in Real Estate from Technological University Dublin, a B.Sc. (Hons) in Information Technology and Business from National University of Ireland, Galway, is a member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is a RICS Registered Valuer.

Jonathan has 20 years’ experience in the Irish commercial property market. He is a recognised expert in the Irish investment market for both selling but more commonly advising on the purchase of Irish real estate for Irish & Offshore clients. He has been behind involved some of the most high profile transactions in the state including recently St. Stephen's Green Shopping Centre, Tesco Distribution facility, Donabate & La Touche House, IFSC.

Michael is a founding director of O’Connor Murphy Real Estate and director of QRE. He has over 30 years’ experience in the property market. As a general practitioner, Michael covers all areas of commercial property market, recently specialising in investments. Michael's network of contacts is extensive, and his unrivalled success is due to his strength in nurturing and preserving relationships.
