The Dublin office market has shown a significant improvement in the second quarter compared to the first quarter of the year.
In Q2, approximately 930,000 sq. ft. of office space was taken up, which is a substantial increase from 177,000 sq. ft. recorded in Q1.
The revival of large-scale deals exceeding 50,000 sq. ft., has been a key driver behind the robust performance of the Dublin office market. QRE was involved in two out of the four recorded lettings that were over 50,000 sq. ft.
Positive signs and take up is trending towards 2m plus for the year.
